But in the meantime I'm going to talk about a site called the Consumer Action Group, which is totally amazing, Since joining the site I have started to claim back approx £1700 in unfair Bank charges, see here, Shoe Junkie V's Natwest, money that I never in a million years thought I'd see again. They have so much info on credit laws and everyone is so helpful, I also posted about a problem me and my ex flatmate are having with Wescot, see here, 'Very Difficult' . I've also picked up some advice on how to deal with my Landlady when she tries to swindle me out of my deposit, which I'm sure she will.
